- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. I called because tracking on my package said that it was leaving the facility, but then later that day it arrived there again, over and over. So I call, they straight up refused to provide any assistance, told me to wait for the package, and before I finished even talking, they hung up on me. Horrible service.By Jeremy W., July 31, 2017
